THE PERNICK HONEY IS A HIGH QUALITY, MULTIFACETED, VERSATILE INSPECTION SYSTEM The Pernick Honey can be custom designed with a great variety of options to meet most production needs. It comes with a variable speed main drive with dynamic braking for quick stops. The fabric is rerolled on a double roll surface wind batcher which accepts any diameter paper tube. No take-up bar is required. Problems with broken and different size tubes are eliminated. Most of our machines can be built with the optional magazine (hopper) load and unload device designed to eliminate many of the problems of handling fabric rolls. The load and unload operation is completed in seconds, making inspection almost continuous and reducing operator fatigue.
